Whether I’m designing or building a website, coming up with a logo or brand identity, or creating the perfect email marketing template to reflect the brand, the process should be a very creative, enjoyable and highly productive one.
To achieve this, I truly believe that this needs to be a collaborative process between the designer and the client which requires open communication, active feedback and regular reviews.

1: Discuss Your Requirements
We'll chat about your goals and what you're looking to achieve.
2: Estimated Costs
Once I have an overview of what you'd like to achieve I can then provide you with a cost estimate.
3: Let's Work!
I'll produce a project overview document which will list all agreed deliverables and costs. Once this is agreed I'll take an initial payment of 40%. The project will then be scheduled in.
4: Research & Discovery
I'll immerse myself in your business and ask plenty of questions to get a better understand of your what your vision is. We'll get creative and discuss ideas together so I'm equipped with the knowledge I need to create the right website, brand identity or email marketing template for your business.
5: Design & Development
I'll spend time putting together a selection of examples that visually represent what we covered during the research and discovery phase. This could be several logo or brand ideas, business card designs, website components or email template structures. We'll collaborate throughout this whole process and once a specific idea has been identified I'll work on developing it into the finished product.
6: Go Live & Hand Over
Prior to going live with a website, I'll do cross-browser and device testing to ensure the site is mobile friendly and will rank well with all major search engines. Once you're happy with the finished product, I'll work with you to deploy it to your hosting provider. As well as websites, for any logo & branding or email marketing template design work, all digital and print ready assets will be handed over for you to have full ownership of.
